Self-supporting cubicle frames

The cubicle frames are filled with sawdust which is applied to the cubicle by an adapted front-end loader.

XL3-fans for agriculture

To lower heat-stress in summer four XL3-fans are mounted in the building. Big diameters in combination with automatic adjusted speed depending on the temperature in the stable lower temperatures by chill-effect and raise productivity.

Bräuer self-locking feeding fence

Low noise feeding fences, cows can be locked individually.

Bräuer manure scraper

4 manure scrapers keep the walking alleys clean. Automatic drop covers prevent animals from falling into the manure pit and can be passed by vehicles. The scraper in front of the milking parlour is fitted with an additional fence to herd the cows toward the milking parlour, controlled remotely from inside the milking parlour.

Accessories

Spread throughout the stable are many mechanical scrubbers and watering troughs to raise cow comfort and provide the water necessary for highly productive cows.
